Hi. Two days ago I reinstalled my system and after new instalation of assaultcube I cant join some servers. I see them in grey color. It means that I dont have some patches or something like this? All of "grey servers" are hi-skill.

It means you are blacklisted, I believe. You can get a deban pass if you are innocent. http://hi-skill.us
