I can not use the voicecom

Why when I use the Voicecom the following message appears: [EDITSEL] is only allowed in edit mode.
I think this is a mistake but I can not solve.
* I could never use voicecom since version 1.0.2.
Somebody help me?

Backup any custom maps and stuff like that and reinstall game.

Did you bind the voicecom to a key? You may have bound a voicecom such as "I'm coming in with the flag" to a key that is traditionally used in editmode, reset binds, and forgot to rebind the voicecom.

Before anything else I'd just resetbinds.

What style keyboard are you using? USA? European? Chinese?
I've had specific voicecoms bound to specific keys before, and with the new version I haven't gotten around to doing them yet; so my (USA keyboard) INSERT and DELETE keys give me the message you mentioned.
