Looks like the site was down for some reason, but it's up again. Try again, you'll get activation key instantly if you pay on paypal as far as I remember.

I don't know what's the problem http://milkshape3d.com/ works perfectly fine for me.

The category is fine, too. Actually this is related to modding I'd say.
