I'm guessing you're talking about the vpn and if so no it won't work as this is settting up a server on your home computer without any vpn tools, you simply need a version of assaultcube and a computer/router attached to the internet.

I'll record how to do this in *nix when ubuntu 10.10 comes out so that mac and linux users may run servers aswell.
