Custom model

Hey guys,  having a bit of trouble and hoping maybe someone can help me out. Well,  I am still building on a level it's an atrium type style one and I have modeled a simple valve to go on top of the pipes so it looks like there is a shut off and turn on place for the water.  I have followed the directions of mapping and importing custom models and  followed said instructions,  for example I put in valvehandle x2 y1 z2 0 then enter but nothing gets imported. I think I am putting in the commands wrong and have tried it several different ways to no avail :(  maybe it's my model? I have uploaded my model if anyone is willing to try it out. It's probably just me typing something wrong.
