Yes, it has happened to me a couple times, never during a game though.
Always afterwards or when you try join another server during a game.
This problem, annoying as it is, can be put up with until the DDoS'ing stops.
At least we an contact the master server at all, the previous DDoS for minutes at a time sometime an hour the master server was down.
Hopefully the DDoS'ers can piss off back down a the hole they crawled out from some time soon.
