Joins at ~2 minutes remaining. Saw him moving pretty darn fast in another server before he disconnected so I followed him and was able to use /whois and get a demo.

I've seen him multiple times. Never did a /whois, because I didn't know it. He has a variable hack: he can change his speed too. He's really cocky. Good you got him. f1's to you.
