Not an obvious cheat at all, but this player has been blacklisted previously. Here's a breakdown of the most suspicious times (P is, obviously, Parallax):

• 08'07-08'01: Tracks P's movement despite being crouched behind crate. The kill looks like a shot through the crate or wall, but I suspect it's just a lag artifact.
  
• 07'29: he cannot know that P has emerged from the no-camp area, but he is able to start strafing either side of the armour wall without seeing P's position.
  
• 06'44-06'39: he concentrates on a small area, despite not being able to see P, then tracks P around to the top of the ladder
  
• 05'54: confident of P's position early
  
• 05'09: again, concentrates on small area without looking elsewhere
  
• 03'00: P, having gone into the middle, could go anywhere. 9mm knows to look immediately right when emerging from the no-camp area
  
• 02'22: He has no doubt that he's coming out from his cover facing the right direction
  
• 00'41: Again, he's concentrating on a small area, not checking the other parts of the map. P could have spawned anywhere.
  
• 00'33: Immediately faces in the correct direction on spawn and keeps P in his crosshair
