Okay I'll collect the IP's.

One thing that would really help is blocking his nickname. I'm sure this would already have a good result. My suggestion is to block:

I know this is radical. But there are already many blocks of important words in servers. I can not write interclan or clanmatch in some servers. Is there anything more absurd than this?

Block Lexus nickname is healthy for the game. We must to remove his publicity.

Block the letter L, E X U and S so that nobody can write LEXUS or name himself with those letters, we also must ban those letters from server names and also the masterserver, it's now called the "matrrvr".

He uses aliases. Blocking L, E, X, U, S is not enough. We have to block, A, B, C, D, E, etc. and then manually whitelist people! Or we can just ban 0.0.0.0/1 and 256.0.0.0/1. Or maybe just 0.0.0.0/0. I'm not good at IP blocks.
