Weird textures problem

See, textures have a too low resolution, see how they are pixelated...

I tried everything, from changing video settings to resolution, but they're still like that...... I formatted this laptop 2 days ago, but drivers are updated and all, and there wasn't this problem in SVN before the format.....

System:
OS: Windows 7 Ultimate
GFX card: Mobile Intel 945 Express Chipset Family
RAM: 1 GB

Oalinst is also installed.....
