Your "best movie evar", and why!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Leon the Professional yet. Definitely my #1.

The movie features Jean Reno (also starring in Ronin, another great film) as Leon, a hitman who ends up fostering a young girl after her entire family is gunned down. After refusing several times, Leon takes on the girl as a protege and teaches her the trade.

I must say though, my favorite part of this movie is the end. The hero dies in a great explosion, providing the last act of vengeance as he takes the last of the villains with him.
