Found solution, but its in spanish:

Para que fable funcione en la geforce mx4000 hay q alterar el .exe

1. baje el 3d analyze 2.26 de este link (http://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/tools/3d_analyze/)

2. abra el 3d analyze y en EXE (select the application file) seleccione el .exe del juego (el crack)

3.en Pixer and vertex Shaders marque:
-Force Max Pixel shader 1.1
-force low precision pixel shader
-force high precision pixel shader

4.en Hardware limits (cap bits) seleccione todas las opciones

5.en Hardware limits (features) seleccione "emulate cube maps"

6.en Z-Buffer (abajo a la derecha) marque "force 24 bits ZBuffer (without stencil)"

7. Pulse RUN y automaticamente comenzara el juego

(cada vez q vaya a jugar debera abrir el 3d analyzer y pulsar run)

Ill try to translate:

1. Get 3d analize 2.26 with this link: http://www.3dfxzone.it/dir/tools/3d_analyze/ .

2. Open 3danalize and in EXE (select the application file) choose the "crack" exe file

3. In Pixer and vertex shaders mark:
-Force Max Pixel shader 1.1
-force low precision pixel shader
-force high precision pixel shader

4. In Hardware limits (cap bits) mark all options

5. In Hardware limits (features) select "emulate cube maps" (lol, cube ^^)

6. In Z-Buffer (at down right) mark "force 24 bits ZBuffer (without stencil)"

7. Press RUN and the game will start

Do this everytime you want to run the game
