I see that you recruit people by making them send you emails, plus you put your email in your website without the blabla[at]yahoo[dot]com. If you put exactly the email without those signs, bots can search for that email and spam your inbox (something you don't want).
I would also recommend you probably instead, make a forum. It's way more versatile and is perfect for clans. If you search a bit, you'll notice all; if not all clans' website have a forum where people can talk to each other, discuss, flame each other, joke to one another, etc. I recommend freeforums.org or forumotion.com.
