It sounds like possibly your map does not meet the newly implemented quality prerequisites
A hassle for sure, but it is intended to filter maps that may slow performance on low-end machines. As the server owner, I think it may be possible to opt out of this option, but I am not sure (perhaps in the new version to come)
Otherwise you will unfortunately have to edit the map until it meets quality prerequisites.
