I got an unending river of shit because of this post. I got it on IRC, in-game, publicly on the forum and in PM. So I guess I'd better try to make amends. Pursuant to this resolution, here is a list of awesome things New Zealand has given me:

Sir Edmund Hillary, the first man to summit Mt. Everest. His badass level is several orders of magnitude greater than the sum of all the badasshood on this entire forum.


Modified food starch, one of the US's largest imports from New Zealand by dollar amount. It is used in the preparation of desserts, and New Zealand starch is often used in five star restaurants.


My girlfriend, who was born in Queenstown and has an accent that would melt your heart.

I'm sorry, New Zealand. Can you ever forgive me?
