because people would care about the lack of a carbine... Also, the no anticheat thing isn't really a useful comment as everyone complains about how there's still hackers despite the anticheat, no disrespect to who made it and as long as 1.04 doesn't become popular again then there'd be no insentive to download it to cheat in anyway.
