Include a screenshot of the glitch, with a red circle around it. Reporting them in any other method, will most likely mean they won't be fixed.
Also, please note, a lot of these "errors" are not going to be fixed because there's a certain point where you go from fixing an error, to being far too picky over the games engine OR you'll find that you're trying to fix something that's not broken, as it was the artists intention. Tiny errors and omissions are okay, accept this :P
