I'm a reader, gamer, typist, and musician, so this is a very hard choice for me. I decided that it would be worse to lose my arms. I voted for "No Arms" as in "It is harder to have no arms."
If I were blind, I could still read in braille or with audiobooks, I could type and communicate online as I'm a good touchtypist and I could use text-to-speech, and I could still play the bass after some adjustment. Also we must consider the boy above who can live normally though blind, and I have heard of blind people saying that they can see a brilliant display which I wouldn't mind seeing myself.
If I lost my arms, I wouldn't be able to type and do basic things for myself (just imagine never having a wank again) and I would also have a lot of trouble with phantom limbs, and maybe psychological issues like anosognosia or somatoparaphrenia. I would feel slightly less horrible without my eyes. :P
