I would strongly advise to find a bassist first though. Will improve the sound and give you more space for melody. Then find a guitarist who can cope with the remaining space.
Maybe I'm saying it because I am a bassist myself hehe. But come on - you need some nicer tone for what you do there. And you can't play reggea bass + the chops on a keyboard, unless you are a genius. It requires a good deal of diffrent micro timing for both elements.
