Or you can just read the forums, like it says in the docs :)

I couldn't find anything that says I couldn't do what I did. If there's something hidden in the forum that says I can't, it should be made easier to find. That's if this is really that important to them, which it seems to be seeing as I got banned for it. Just trying to say it would let people know what they're allowed to do, and help avoid anything like this in the future.
