If somebody think that they are making "system" and their politic, rules is correct - i can just clap !
All it is very similar to a totalitarian ( wiki ) system with diffident people at the head.
Yes, he cheated and he was banned. One year remain.
Much that can tell, but so it is all has bothered. People rested as rams and, probably, something offended. Half of problems really not in those who cheated seems to me - its in those who a year later has not forgotten it !
