There is a much easier way.
Add ac_client.exe as the game, then, in the Games Library, right-click ac_client and select Properties. Change the .exe link to your .bat file, and change the "Start in" path to the location of the .bat file. Change the name of your game if you wish. Click Close. Robert's your mother's brother.
I'm sure I saw someone else on these forums suggest this method, but I couldn't find it when I searched. Proper credit to whoever you are.
