This isn't a CTF match though, it's TOSOK. And I agree with RR's post (the first sentence :P).
That's why I said

It's an unreliable variable. Taking every factor into consideration before deciding the outcome of a game is far too convoluted to be practical. We could look at the demo moment by moment and determine what each point was awarded for and whether those actions are worth the points awarded or not but that'd be ridiculous.
And K\D ratio isn't a viable measure either. TDM, Team A scores 100 frags, Team B scores 100 frags. Gibs are worth two frags, so if Team B got more gibs than Team A, they likely died more than Team A meaning their ratio will be lower.
Then you'd have to consider whether a gib or a frag is more difficult, whether gibs achieved are deserving of the extra frag, and on and on.
Point being, I've always judged the outcome of games by frags/flags and I always will. If dR wants to call it a win that's fine; it's just a clan match, it doesn't count for anything. I'm inclined to call it a tie.

Actually, I made that decision the day 1104 was released. I discussed it on IRC and everyone I spoke with said that score should only be used for public games. Even so, one clan's policy doesn't decide the outcome of the match. Each clan can make their own decision- ours has been to disregard score.
Re: Close requests. This thread has remained fairly civil so far and I don't see it getting out of control. I'm not going to be the one to close it.
