Try strafing. Hold the forward key together with either the left or right key, depending where you're heading and where you want to look. Not only do you look cooler, you run faster! Keep training that sniper, along with switching weapons between sniper, pistol, and knife faster for more efficient and faster killing. Also in the last seconds, where that guy killed you: you did a great mistake, you looked back while he was shooting at you in the back. Next time run back looking at him waiting for him to be shown so you can kill him.
