[Release] Protox High Quality Reskin (all default skins)

Just a quick note. I wanted to make sure the licensing was legitimate, as I did not want to violate anything or offend the original author, because much of the skin is based on the original (but not directly copied).

So I recently received approval from the Darren Pattenden, the original author of the model/skin to have my high quality re-skins under public domain. Just wanted to mention that.
