Feedback/Bug-Reports for AssaultCube v1.1

After much of considering... there's the sound bug , sometimes i hear the 'head shot' sound sometimes i dont, and sometimes i dont even hear the pickups ( but in that case i think it's because of the lag , now sure) is it possible to fix it?

PS: im on windows xp
