As registration in league going not good, i decided to change rules :
1. this season there will be not commision !
2. any insulting or not fair action with proff will be analysis by me. Punishment = -2 points. If clan will have two or three similar case it will be out !
why : I wanted it, cause thought that we could make league clean and with only fair and good clans. But unfortunately currently commision clan not ready to take real part in building league. So this season will be as experiment and we will take clans that really want to fight. Ofc some of them have problem, but i will close my eyes on it.
Attention : I risk, but do it only once for that league. All points at issue and problems will have consequences and I won't spend a lot of time for their analysis !
