Help with Skinning

My guess is that it was supposed to be a separate top end for the gasmask. I think he did it because he still had space on the canvas, and gave it a shot with using a bit more pixels. Maybe he decided the old one looked better, possibly due to pixel density, who knows.
Iirc, there was a diffrent skin around wich actually made use of that part.

The wtf part is probably an oversight.
