I think many are of the view that TyD are rather overzealous. I mean, just seeing Newbie blacklisted (he's a high-standing Sauerbraten player in DM) seems absurd.

I think this type of blacklisting is very detrimental to the game which is why I'm surprised TyD are continuing it -- especially considering their tradition of nurturing the game.
