Contrary to what Mai Mee Tur has written, a default server re-reads the following configs every minute:
Maprot
IP blacklist
Nickname blacklist
Forbidden word list
Admin/deban password list
Changes to servercmdline.txt, motd_xx.txt and serverinfo_xx.txt do need a server restart.
