I was just reading the ideas list, and i got a few more ideas.
-regarding "jumping on nades to save teammates":
could you make nades shoot out a bunch of "bullets" in every direction, instead of an explosion area? this would also solve nades killing people thru walls. This might strain the client and the connection, however, as it might have trouble reporting so many hits at once.
-regarding "new weapons":
put the revolver up. I think it is a good enough idea to be put up there, especially since people have already started sketching out stats for it, and they sound good. It's kinda already covered by "new sidearm", but i think we can put it up as it's own entity.
sorry if this is in the wrong thread, i realize that my nade idea is more of "how to implement" than "new idea", but i thought i should put it somewhere before i forgot it.
