Maybe try adding:
to your autoexec.cfg (config/autoexec.cfg)
Also not sure if it applies to your case, but sometimes some LCD displays have a hard time outputting certain resolutions, especially in AC (at least for me anyways :p) so maybe try some other combinations of resolutions and see if those are saved before you try my above method.
