nope eftertanke, it is example how you can end if you will trust in his steps, Assagne will be in night news and you in prison with imaginary trust you did something for this world
Law is about interpretation, if someone is able to interpret US Law this way or such laws are missing there, there are still inner rules of organizations or companies and if publishing that materials can damage them, they can protect by the same law. Therefore we have lawyers for this job.
And if all methods fail, there is still human basic feeling which says "this is secret", this isn't for your personal blog. It is similar if i would publish logs of servers somewhere, it is against my personal feeling.
