We can argue long and large about this (as if we talk about angel's sex), but those complaining, have ever tried to play a match without using Rifle Sprint when getting the enemy flag? Just for knowing what they are talking about... because I tried and it's just a little harder because you need more team play. What is so scary about it? Really there is people so skilled that can't adapt to a minor change on game play?
The most useful aspect of rifle sprinting is when the player actually HAS the enemy flag. Because it allows him to quickly get away from the opponent's aim.
We, as resident ACers, have already experienced the effect of rifle sprint and, in majority, we accept it as a welcomed feature of this game.
It makes the game even more fast paced! (what, ultimately, is what distinguishes AC from other fps)
You still need team play with rifle sprint. You can't just burst in and rifle sprint the hell away.
excuse me, but as far as FPS games go assaultcube isnt fastpaced at all. games like Quake, Unreal Tournament and Warsow are what i would call fast paced while assault cube is more middleish.
