How long does it take you to make a map?

Depending on the map size and how well prepared/skilled you are it will take at least 15 to about 40 hours in order to get something decent done. Additionally you should also spend around 2 - 3 hours on test-playing (e.g. with bots), which will help to find tiny flaws/glitches and to balance the pickup placement.

I haven't yet seen a decent map which was done faster than that.
