Overall 'smoothness' in Linux
#1
So i've found from playing AC 1.0/1.1 in both windows and linux that i'm getting a much 'cleaner' and clearer game in windows. I've tired fiddling around with vsync and different graphics options but it seems I simply can't get the same clear picture that I do when I boot into windows.

I have the latest ati drivers(ati radeon 4670), is there settings I could change in ati catalyst that might help? The actual issue is hard to explain, it just seems like the screen is having a hard time rendering/keeping up, but I don't see any visible tearing between frames.

I might screen record on both win/linux if this doesn't make sense.

P.s is there a way to get gamma to work on linux?

Thanks in advance, Castiel
