best advice uninstall and you might have delete some folders manually after. After you take out some files manually you might want to reboot also DUNNO. I had a similar problem and used regedit and deleted everything associated with AC, BUT I DONT SUGGEST PLAYING WITH THE REGISTRY, Unless you know what your doing. When u start playing with that, back it up first. It worked for me though after the regedit.
