Need helps: how to add tag_muzzle? and to animate a weapon?

Hi everyone,
I'm new in the forum and I'm WhiteBlade.

I searched all threads in the forum concerning the 3D modelling and animating but I found anything about it.
So that's why I'll post here my questions:

1-How can I add tag_muzzle in a weapon? I noticed that some weapon mods don't have it

2-How can I create animations? I use Misfit Model 3D to try to create but it's hard to make them.

Good hints, tutorials, advices are the welcome.

N.B: If someone uses Misfit Model 3D and who knows animating, it would be helpful.
