Help, AC keeps on freezing and i have to always restart the computer

Fatal error - nothing works
This is my conflict:

MY CPU: 32 bit dell inspiron with dual processors and ATI updated drivers as of today.

Please help me
I uninstalled the last version of AC because the servers stopped showing players in them, not even one.
I need help because I love this game

But i haven't been able to successfully install AC again...
