Have any of the project owners attempted to contact the actual host?
Shooting a DMCA takedown notice over to [email protected] should resolve the issue within 48 hours. I have worked with them in the past and they take legal issues very seriously. Make sure you provide the server's IP (69.167.170.233) to expedite the process.
Once you take action with the host, your next course of action should be to contact the domain registrar (Enom) with another DMCA notice in an attempt to gain control over the domain name. Enom might be harder to work with, but since this is such a blatant rip it should be rather painless.
