As I've said before, there are only two types of things people are talking about and calling "problems:"
1) Bugs, glitches, exploits, etc. -- game behavior that the devs did not intend.
2) Weapon balance, armor values, etc. -- game behavior that the devs put a lot of thought into and carefully coded into the new version of the game.
Can you see why it would be considered rude or selfish to refer to items under group 2 as "problems?" Those things are a matter of preference. To many (especially the devs), they are improvements. To others who disapprove of them, the changes are not so great. This is the logic behind people encouraging others to leave -- what they mean to say is, "what you are complaining about is an intentional part of this game now, and if it bothers you enough, you ought to find a game that does not bother you."
As far as user input goes, there is always a place where you can submit (constructive and specific) ideas for the next version.
