I'm having the same problem connecting to most servers. I thought it was my provider, but after connecting to mobile internet, the connection status is the same. Some servers are working, though like hugo.I can see people who are on the server, but I can't join. Everyone i see lag
p.s Having a white IP address, after contacting the provider's support team, configuring the router, and communicating with Chatgpt,came to the conclusion that UDP traffic is most likely being cut at the level of the hosting provider оvh assaultcube , which is known for its strong protection specifically for UDP traffic
