strange behavior on meanduck server

I tried again (today) to play on this server. It was the only public server with players. And the server blocked me. Generic error. This server is on the masterserver as public. The color is white. Private server is in red. This server shouldn't block players for no reason. And the new players? Why is this server creating its own rules?
