Some mapmodels on your map are bugged, making every model on your map drop bugged shadows. I'm not sure which ones are bugged, but work has been done on fixing it. You should contact stef on assault cube IRC, he knows more.
EDIT:
mapmodels are md3 or md2 files, and they come packaged with their own cfgs.
This is beouforminton "citerne" model cfg:
md3load tris.md3
md3skin citerne skin.jpg
mdlcullface 0
mdlshadowdist 5
and a fix would be like this:
md3load tris.md3
md3skin citerne skin.jpg
//mdlcullface 0
//mdlshadowdist 5
as you can notice the last two commands are bugged in AC and they bug out all the shadows on the map.
