Some changes in the dev team

This thread is about giving lucas permissions to implement his work

Unless there's some sort of technical reason (like he doesn't have permission on Github or something) or the active devs don't want him to implement changes, then there really shouldn't be an issue. If the remaining lead devs can't occasionally log onto the forums or check their emails, then that's hardly the fault of the devs that actually are active.

Other reasons I can think of is that Lucas either swore a blood oath or aerke's a hitman, and Lucas is scared for his life if he implements something that aerke doesn't like.
