Remove Arisu-Chan from the listing. He did wrong but can you truly blame him? We have not given him and all the other stupid fks around here a game worth playing since Day 1 of the post Golden Age. When good shimmies who've played for ages suddenly start hacking, after all the time they've been playing, they deserve a chance and an explanation. Fed, your attention to AC integrity is admirable but ultimately mistaken in this case. Let a good player back into the game. Remove that post with an edit and unblacklist it.
