First, thanks for proving me right.
Second, a shotgun does not gib in real life, but it definitely makes you look nasty. Since we are talking about the definition of *gibbing in AC*, only knife, sniper and nade *gib* you, taking you into pieces. True, you can take a person piece by piece with a knife (realistic, check), take a body part apart with modern sniper rifles (realistic, check), and when it comes to a nade... well it think we will all agree here. Shotgun in real life... Does it gib from a close range? No! It will blow you away a few feet away and give a nasty look, while keeping you 1 piece. If your answer was YES, then you should also allow AR and SMG to gib from close range. Why? IDK, for the same reason why you think a shotty gibs.
