I liked the 5 level concept as was done in ac_coal but tbh isn't there a better way to implement such a requirement other than some random coal mine in the middle of nowhere? Like legit... why are RVSF and CLA fighting over coal anyways? Shouldn't they be agitated over bigger and better things by now? Like lithium, uranium, platinum, rum-i-num, idfk.
