Here a bit of History about the Cold War and what Music said =)

Music, you got my point... I got confused by reading this thread when Nightmare said that the whole world would blame America if they involve in that situation in Hong Kong... In my country (Costa Rica) there aren't news about it, so many countries of the CONTINENT of America aren't involve in this.

That idea of saying USA is "america" was made in the Cold War, in a way to avoid the URSS domination afects the continent, USA used that idea of "America for the americans". Who named theirselves as americans? Only USA, and the other countries of Central and South America? Like Music said, it's a cultural issue, other countries of Europe, Asia... thinks that America is USA, but no... America is a continent not a country.

So what happened in HK? They still doing the protests?
