Why bar? Club with dancefloor and everything you wish for would be my place on a 21st bday (as guess thats the most important in usa? ;))
As for the drinks: IF you can get legendario on ice, its the fucking best!! Sadly so rare :(
And dont forget to check average age before you decide for a bar :D
